Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance using the self-serve cancel/rescheduling links. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 25% cancellation fee. A cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time means a 50% payment fee is charged. To cancel or reschedule within that time, contact helen@loudandcleartraining.com.
